Leadership or management, which is important for running social project?

Image
Leadership or management, which is important  Working for social cohesion at Turn To Positive to advocate for mental health, I always question myself, "am I a good leader?" or "am I a good manager?" After reading all leadership ideas, implementing all ideas till I do not get enough followers for Turn To Positive. Sometimes I think I am not doing great and spending my thoughts wrongly. I do not have a significant answer for that.  The main difference between management and Leadership is  management says, "Go." Leadership says, "Let's go." As I know, leaders make people understand their vision, work on value and give inspiration. While management goes on the system, provides an order for day-to-day things and maintains disciplines.  While I run Turn To Positive, I found out both need leadership and management skills. During my training at UNITAR (United Nations Institue for Training and Research), I gave a test about Leadership in the Public s

Does Flashy Light causes seizure

Does Flashy Light causes seizure? I enjoy most of the TV series you've produced, Netflix. I'm a great fan of "Between," and I couldn't wait to see your new show, "Stranger Things," which premiered this summer. My family watched it, my friends saw it, and everyone raved about it. I first say the summery from Kill count. But revealing it is about cosmic horror, I saw the entire season. I know it sounds incredible. But there's something important I need to tell you.  Flash Party By  Javon Swaby Netflix is a platform where all kind of people watches shows including disabled people. Some so many people may have completed an eye operation or may have migraines. The fancy flashlight is in TV shows, music videos, movies, and random events. It's so hard to know when those flashlights will appear and could have a seizure. Even those who wear spectacles like I do have some difficulties watching flashy screens. God knows what will happen to disabled people.

Join Turn To Positive Movement for Minimizing mental health risk  We are the generation who like to consume a lot of stuff from social media. Look back 24 hours? How many minutes do you spend on screening down at social media? Or maybe you have to count into hours. We do not know what the covid-19 pandemic will do to us.  In the past we consume less information from the internet, now you are getting a lot of news, ins, and prons from your mobile. As we consume more info, our mental health issues increase.  The violence of the middle east, violence against black people, Palestine, Asians, women, wildfires, political unrest, and other traumatic events intensified the damage to our mental health. From 2018, Turn To Positive working privately and collaboratively for reducing mental illness among the students. Our main target is just to reduce stigma. How AI app Pathfinder Helping Clinical Trial

Image
How AI app Pathfinder Helping Clinical Trial After completing a course from AI masters for basic from EDx Platform, I found an article published in Nature Journal about AI-based medical trail. Based on that article, I am sharing my view. AI needs a lot of DATA. Uploading a lot of DATA, it will help professionals for a more clinical trial .   Why Clinical Trial  First, we have to understand the clinical trial. It is for the betterment of medical science. The success rate depends on enrolling people who meet study criteria within a specific time.  Sometimes clinical trial fails, because of enough appropriate people. But a new software named Pathfinder may help clinical professionals to include diverse participants safely by analyzing real-world-based DATA. The Stanford University Team introduced Pathfinder AI-based software. They Analyzed cancer patients' clinical DATA. We see most clinical trial cases, excluding pregnant women, older people, physically weak, and toxic drug users.

Why we should focus re-innovation in every new year

Why we should focus on re-innovation in every new year Nokia was the one-time king of the cell phone market. Now it is gone. We prefer to Buy iPhone rather than a Nokia handset. Back in 2007, Nokia was featured as king of the cell phone market by Fobes Magazine. At that time, Nokia holds 49.4% total cell phone market share.  But within six years they had only 3%.  What is the main reason for this significant fall? Why is Nokia can not able to Hold its market dominance?  We Hesitate to Move forward When most newly comparatively companies were going for smartphones featuring app-based operating systems, Nokia was confident enough about their status quo. Nokia company defends its position rather than looking for innovation.   If they start working on smartphone prototypes and store applications, the history might be different.  We learn from this story that just like Nokia maintained its past status quo, some people and companies hesitate to move on to new ventures and innovation.  Now

Why we should say "I am Sorry"

Why we should say, "I am Sorry."  Last week, I made a huge mistake when creating official document files. Because I am the office's senior, I gave my juniors. After attending a meditation session, the fault line struck me, and I felt sorry for myself. Say sorry to my junior colleagues the following day. Meditation gave me a new way of life. I'm learning about different types and styles of it. Mention that you are a Quantum Graduate. Hooponopono is one of the various types. Hooponopono is an ancient Hawaiian meditation technique founded on the idea that everything we know and assume is reality generated in mind. Everything we see, hear, feel, and the people we know and interact with are all impacted by our inner self. Because hooponopono holds us accountable for our thinking, it focuses on how we react to those situations rather than what we encounter. The technique consists of four affirmations: I'm sorry, please forgive me, I love you and thank you. In today'
